For this option, you do not need to register for a PayPal account. Simply choose PayPal at checkout, and you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can select the debit/credit card payment option.

If Your Payment Fails

If your payment cannot be completed or your credit/debit card is declined at checkout, it may be caused by bank security checks, incorrect billing information, international transaction restrictions, or temporary browser issues.

Please do not worry. You can refer to the solutions below and try again.

Issue / Possible Reason Solution
Your credit/debit card payment is declined at checkout. Your payment may be declined due to security protection, fraud prevention checks, or restrictions from your card-issuing bank. Please try the solutions below.
Your card does not support international online transactions. Please contact your card-issuing bank and confirm that your card can be used for international online purchases. This is one of the most common reasons for payment declines.
The transaction is blocked by your bank for security reasons. Please call the customer service number on the back of your credit/debit card and let them know that you authorize this payment. Once the authorization is approved, you can try placing the order again.
Your current card is declined. Please try using another credit or debit card to complete your payment.
Direct credit/debit card payment does not go through. You can choose PayPal at checkout and then select the debit/credit card option on PayPal’s secure payment page. A PayPal account is not required for this option.
You have a PayPal account. We recommend paying directly via PayPal for a smoother and more secure checkout experience.
You want to pay over time. Klarna is available for eligible customers in the United States. Klarna allows you to buy what you love today and pay over time with flexible payment options.
Incorrect card or billing information. Please double-check your card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, name on card, phone number, and email address.
Special characters appear in your billing information. Please make sure all characters are entered in plain text. Avoid using accents, symbols, or special characters in your name, address, or billing details.
Browser, cache, or cookie issues. Please clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser, and try again. You may also try placing the order through another browser or device.
Your card issuer provides a decline code. If your bank provides a decline code or reason, please contact your bank for more details and ask them to authorize the transaction.
You still cannot complete the payment. Please feel free to contact our customer support team. We will be happy to assist you.

Notice About Foreign Transaction Fees

  • Please note that some credit card-issuing banks may charge a foreign transaction fee, usually around 1%–3% of the total transaction amount.

  • If a foreign transaction fee has already been charged, please contact your bank directly for more information.
