Warranty Policy

Note: Only orders purchased on our website (https://kukirin-us.com/) can provide you with 12 months of after-sales and repair services. If you purchased the Kukirin electric scooter on Amazon, eBay or other platforms, you need to find the customer service staff of the website you purchased to provide after-sales repair services. Our company has regulations that the website you purchased from provides complete after-sales services.


Kukirin offers a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials from the date of purchase. We are responsible for troubleshooting, offering repair support, or sending replacement parts for issues caused by manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover issues caused by personal behavior, misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper use (such as riding in wet conditions or dropping the scooter).


Kukirin offers the following solutions:

  • We may ship replacement parts and provide installation instructions.
  • We may replace defective accessories with equivalent parts of similar performance and reliability.
  • In covered warranty cases, Kukirin will cover repair and shipping costs.

Warranty service will not apply under the following conditions:

  • The product was not purchased through Kukirin or an authorized dealer.
  • The product was modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or external factors.
  • Damage caused by dirt, water, foreign materials, or improper storage.
  • Riding in rain or through water deeper than 4 cm.
  • Product identification labels or serial numbers are removed or altered.
  • Damage caused during handling or transportation by the buyer.
  • Corrosion, condensation, or damage caused by improper storage conditions.
  • Failure to follow instructions in the user manual.
  • Damage caused by vandalism or similar acts.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.


Kukirin reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and determine whether the issue is covered under this limited warranty. If a claim is found not to be covered, repair and shipping costs may be quoted to the customer.


All warranties stated here are exclusive and replace any other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. Kukirin reserves the right to update product designs, colors, or graphics without notice. If exact replacement parts are unavailable, comparable or refurbished components may be used for warranty fulfillment.
  2. Kukirin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, property damage, personal injury, or other losses arising from the use of its products. Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  3. Customers agree that Kukirin products are purchased for personal use only and not for resale.
  4. Customers may not reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the website or products for commercial purposes.
