• Battery storage time is 6 months (-20°F to 60°F)

• Relative humidity for battery storage = 45% - 75%

• The possible storage temperature range for lithium-ion batteries is -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F), but for long-term storage, the recommended storage temperature is -20°C to 25°C (-4°F to 77°F), and the ideal temperature is 15°C (59°F). Batteries should be stored at a partial state of charge between 30% and 50% (with at least 2 battery indicators). Although batteries can be stored in a fully discharged state, the battery voltage should not be less than 2.0 volts per cell, and the battery should be fully charged to prevent over-discharge. The maximum voltage should not exceed 4.1 volts.

• Charge the battery before storage and every few weeks

• No, we do not recommend riding in rainy weather.

• Riding in colder temperatures can affect the performance of the scooter. The key is to ensure that the scooter is always stored indoors. Leaving the scooter in a cold environment may damage the tires, motor and battery.
